As we were doing the final pagination for the
book, it ended up longer than we had originally planned, Allyn called me to tell me that
we had a blank page at the very end. It was okay, but a little awkward, so we talked
about what might be done with it.
We ended up with this idea of doing a sketchy wildflower, real loose, to echo the title page illustration. It only took like a minute or two to do this, but I really like how it came out.
