As mentioned on the main page for this painting, this was one of the images I visualized reading the text for the very first time.  

 

Color Comp

This comp may look unfinished, but after doing just a small section of the comp as solid butterflies (right side) I could tell that it was going to work the way I wanted it to, so I went ahead and started the final painting.
