In response to requests, quality prints of my artwork
are now available. They are display quality and are suitable for
framing. Almost all of the artwork seen on this
website (or in my books) is now available for purchase as a print.
(Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.)

Quality
Most prints are available in
two different sizes: sized to fit an 11" x 17" sheet, or printed actual
size on a 22" x 30" sheet. All prints
are titled as shown here: (appropriate inscriptions & signature
added if desired.)

Print
All prints are high quality "Giclee" (pronounced "zhee-clay") prints
and are printed with
archival pigment-based inks rated for 80+ years lightfastness with
normal care.
Printed on Acid-Free
100% Cotton Rag Hahnemuhle "German Etchers" Paper for the
highest quality reproduction, these prints are almost
indistinguishable from the originals.
Prints should be handled
as you would any original watercolor, avoiding direct
sunlight and moisture. With proper care and framing, these
prints will good for 80+ years.
Note:
Smaller prints are
sized as large as possible within the sheet depending on the
proportions of the original art. (Usually about 15
1/2" for the largest dimension.)
In the case of smaller
originals, prints are sized to 100% of their actual size whenever
possible.
All prints will be
signed, where and how you desire, and you can also get your print personalized to you or others
as a gift for no additional charge. Each
print is printed from 1st generation
scans of the original artwork. They are however, Open, NOT limited
editions.
Prices
At this point, I have not had
time to put up a price list. Since most of the demand has been
for artwork from my children's books, the price for a double-page
spread image is $150 for prints smaller than 11" x 17" and
$350 for full-size prints. (plus shipping) Email
me for detailed questions about particular pieces. Orders
must be pre-paid by check or money orders.
California residents
will also be required to pay sales tax.
Delivery
Prints will generally be
shipped within about 4-6 weeks of being ordered. If framing is
ordered, allow up to another 4 weeks.
Framing
For individuals local to the
San Francisco Bay Area, if desired, I can also arrange to have the
prints archivally-framed for a reasonable price. Frame and
matting choices are limited, but the savings are significant.
If framed, allow up to another 4 weeks for delivery. Due to
variations in size, exact prices cannot be given until options are
discussed.
