Like the Once Upon A Time picture, I was a little unsure of this one, but in the end, I feel it's one of the stronger pieces in the book. The fact that my models were an actual mother and daughter really helped this painting because I could just sense the integrity and honesty of their body language as they posed for this painting. When the time came to show them the finished art and books, it was a lot of fun to see their reaction to this painting in particular.
